CMOS IC Technology

Narrated E Learning, Webinar or In-Person Course

The course covers the technology used to make CMOS integrated circuits.  The first part of the course looks at each of the features of the IC (starting wafer, isolation, wells, transistor gate, transistor source/drain, interconnect) showing the evolution of materials and geometries.  The second part of the course shows a detailed description of the fabrication process.  It also briefly covers IC packaging.
